Privacy Policy

Cyberline Racing — website and browser version · Effective October 25, 2026

In short: the browser version has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no cookies and no tracking. Your progress is saved only in your own browser. The only data we receive are the standard technical logs any web server keeps when it delivers pages.

1. Introduction

aIPc Soft ("we", "us", or "our") publishes and supports Cyberline Racing, a vehicular combat racing game originally developed by Magicindie Softworks. This Privacy Policy covers the website cyberline.racing and the free browser version of the game at cyberline.racing/play.

The Android and iOS apps are covered by their own policy: Cyberline Racing app Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The browser version does not ask you to register or sign in, does not show ads, and does not use analytics, advertising identifiers, cookies, or any tracking technology. It does not access your location, camera, microphone, or contacts. All fonts, images, sounds, and game data are served from this website, so playing does not contact any third-party service.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

To remember your progress, the game uses your browser's local storage on your own device. It stores:

game progress: in-game cash, owned and selected cars, paint and weapon choices, campaign results, and race statistics;
settings: audio volumes, graphics quality, and control preferences.

This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. You can delete it at any time with Settings → Reset progress in the game, or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. It is also removed if your browser clears site data, for example in private browsing.

4. Server Logs

Like any website, our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes technical information needed to deliver the pages and protect the service: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the pages and files requested, and your browser and operating system type. These logs are used only for operating, securing, and troubleshooting the website, and are kept for a limited period under the hosting provider's standard retention. See Hostinger's Privacy Policy. All traffic to the website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

5. Links to Other Sites

The website links to Google Play and the Apple App Store, to the aIPc Soft website, and to the Cyberline Racing account deletion page. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies; once you follow a link, this policy no longer applies.

6. Mobile Game Accounts

If you play the Android or iOS app, your cloud player profile is described in the app Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of that profile at api.cyberline.racing/delete-account. The browser version is not connected to your mobile profile.

7. Children's Privacy

Cyberline Racing is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The browser version does not collect personal information from any player.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because the browser version keeps your game data only on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly in your browser. 9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy, for example if the browser version gains online features. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
